Limited Warranty - Round Pen Covers

WARRANTY PERIOD
For the period specified below from the date of original purchase (warranty period) from an authorized Equine Concepts dealer, warrants that products distributed by EC that fail to function properly under normal use and normal working conditions will be repaired or replaced with parts of comparable value, at the option of EC, without charge to you for parts or actual repair work. Parts supplied under this warranty may be new or rebuilt at the option of EC.

PRODUCT
Round pen cover frame:
(trusses, uprights, tensioner cable, eyebolts, securing rope, spider)

WARRANTY PERIOD
Parts - 10 years
Labour - 10 Years

This warranty covers the product during the warranty period whether in the possession of the original owner or any subsequent owner.

This warranty covers the Equine Concepts Round pen Cover Frame only. An additional warranty for the Vinyl Cover Material is through Rainier Industries, Inc. of Tacoma, WA

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover any removal, improper storage or reinstallation of product.
If removal is necessary you will be responsible for any damage to parts/products
Incurred during removal and reinstallation.
This warranty does not cover any damage/injuries/death to persons/animals/property.
This warranty does not cover any damage to product due to alteration, modifications, accident, misuse, or abuse.
This warranty does not cover the costs of parts or labour which would otherwise be provided free of charge under this warranty, obtained from any other source other than EC. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the use of unauthorized parts or labour, or from improper maintenance.
Warranties do not cover any damage due to snow load without a snow load bearing kit.

YOUR RIGHTS
EC exclude any obligation on their part for incidental or consequential damages related to the failure of products distributed to function properly under the conditions set forth above. No warranties shall apply after the warranty period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary state to state.
