Two-W Livestock Equipment - 400 Series Equipment

The Two-W 400 Series is every bit as rugged as the 500 Series equipment with the except that it is only 5 feet high when mounted. Like the 500 Series equipment, the 400 Series is constructed totally of 2 Inch 13 gauge high tensile tube. The 400 Series equipment mounts on separate 400 Series posts or the alley control frames and gates, and is suitable for all kinds of livestock applications. These include ranching, feedlot, rodeo and auction market applications. The 400 Series line of equipment is probably the most common used product in livestock handling systems. It is a durable long lasting line of equipment that is generally used for most medium pressure cattle handling systems.

All the 400 Series equipment is coated with the Two-W unique grey powder paint system and then baked for a long lasting finish that stands up to the most severe climate and weather conditions.

	400 Series Panels Available Sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 foot lengths (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 5 feet high when mounted on the 400 Series Posts. Description: 400 Series Panels are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series Panels haAll 400 Series Panels have five horizontal rails and the 8,10 and 12 foot have 1 row of vertical spokes. The 14 and 16 foot panels have 2 rows of vertical spokes. The 4 and 6 foot panels have no vertical spokes. Use: Primary use is in livestock corrals and penning with medium pressure. Another common uses is timed event penning in Rodeo systems.
	400 Series High Pole Gates Available Sizes: 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 5 feet high when mounted on the 400 Series Posts. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the standard High Pole and 8 feet 8 inches for horseback. Description: 400 Series High Pole are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 400 Series High Pole Gates have five horizontal rails and they have 1 row of vertical spokes. High Pole Gates come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. 	400 Series High Pole Split Gate Available Sizes: 8 foot lengths. (Measurement is to post centres). Height: 5 feet high when mounted on the 400 Series posts. The frame has a clearance of 6 feet 10 inches. Description:The 400 Series High Pole Split Gate is constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. The 400 Series High Pole Split Gates has five horizontal rails 1 row of vertical spokes. This gate is similar to the swing gate in the "Animal Health Center" Main Frame with the major difference being that it is independent and is not attached to the Main Frame. It is identical in size and shape to the 408 Standard High Pole Gate. This makes the gate more adaptable to fit into your existing system. It is also a great option to install on the off side of the Animal Health Center. The main feature of this gate is that you can open either the top half or bottom half independent of each other. The split gate may be used for doctoring cattle or mothering calves or can be used as a creep fence or gate to allow calves through while holding cows back. This gate comes with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. This gate is designed to connect to all the 400 Series equipment and comes with 30 inches of chain with one end welded to the gate. There is also a chain latch to receive the chain for securing the gate closed. The latch has a skewed slot to minimize the livestock from rubbing the latch open. Use: This series of gates have been used in many applications for cattle and buffalo with many being used in Ranching, and Feedlots.
	400 Series Gate Panels Available Sizes: 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths. (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 5 foot high panel with a 4 foot wide by 5 foot high gate. Description:400 Series Gate Panel's are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 400 Series Gate Panel's have five horizontal rails. Gate Panel's come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is for a "man gate" access to pens, corrals or alleys.
	400 Series Gate In Frame Available Sizes: 36, 48, 60 and 72 inch widths. (Measurements are gate openings - add 1 foot for post centres). Height: 5 foot high gate with a frame. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches. Description: 400 Series GIF's are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 400 Series GIF's have five horizontal rails. GIF's come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is for flow control in narrow alleys and access to pens, corrals or alleys.
	400 Series Alley Control Gates Available Sizes: 32 Inch and 38.5 Inch (Measurements are to pin centres). Height: 5 foot high gate and clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the frame. Description: 400 Series ACG's are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 400 Series ACG's have five horizontal rails. Alley Control Gates do not require posts as each vertical has 3 way pins and clips. ACG's come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is gates in narrow alleys in high pressure areas for cattle. One of the more common uses is in timed event penning in Rodeo Systems.
	400 Series Alley Control Frame Available Sizes: 32 Inch and 38.5 Inch (Measurements are to pin centres). Height: 400 Series ACF's have no gate and clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the frame. Description: 400 Series Alley Control Frame are constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. Alley Control Frames do not require posts as each vertical has 3 way pins and clips. Use: Primary use is maintaining alley width in medium pressure areas for cattle. One of the more common uses is in timed event penning in Rodeo Systems.
	400 Series Posts Available Sizes: 5 foot for standard application and 7 foot 8 inch for walk through spreader bars and a 9 foot 6 inch post for horseback spreader posts. Description: 500 Series Posts are constructed of 2 3/8" outside diameter heavy gauge high tensile collar pipe. All 500 Series Posts are available in 2 way, 3 way or 4 way. Use: Primary use is for connecting 400 Series gates and panels in medium pressure areas for cattle. Common use is in standard cattle handling facilities and timed event penning in Rodeo Systems.
	400 Series Panel Mounting Brackets Description: 400 Series PMB's are constructed of 2" Angle iron with mounted pins and clips. All 400 Series PMB's are available in 1 way only. Use: Primary use is for connecting 400 Series gates and panels to the centre of another panel.
	400 Series Wall Mounting Brackets Description:400 Series WMB's are constructed of 2.5" flat iron with mounted pins and clips. All 400 Series WMB's are available in 1 way only. Use: Primary use is for connecting 400 Series gates and panels to a wall or wood post.
