Two-W Livestock Equipment - 500 Series Panels & Gates

The Two-W 500 Series is one of the most rugged and durable panel and gate systems on the market today. Constructed primarily of 2 inch 13 gauge high tensile tube, the 500 series is 6 feet high when assembled. The 500 Series equipment mounts on separate 500 Series posts or the alley control frames and gates, and is suitable for all kinds of livestock applications. These include ranching, feedlot, rodeo and auction market applications. The Two-W 500 Series equipment has been used at:

All the 500 Series equipment is coated with the Two-W unique grey powder paint system and then baked for a long lasting finish that stands up to the most severe climate and weather conditions.

	500 Series Panels Available Sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 foot lengths (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 6 feet high when mounted on the 500 Series Posts Description: Simple panel constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series Panels have six horizontal rails and the 8,10 and 12 foot have 1 row of vertical spokes. The 14 and 16 foot panels have 2 rows of vertical spokes. The 4 and 6 foot panels have no vertical spokes. Use: Primary use is corrals and penning for high pressure areas for large cattle and buffalo. One of the more common uses is in Rodeo Systems.
	500 Series High Pole Gates Available Sizes: 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 6 feet high when mounted on the 500 Series Posts. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the standard High Pole and 8 feet 8 inches for horseback. Description: High Pole Gates constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series High Pole Gates have six horizontal rails and they have 1 row of vertical spokes. High Pole Gates come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is corrals and penning for high pressure areas for large cattle and buffalo. One of the more common uses is in Rodeo Systems.
	500 Series Gate Panels Available Sizes: 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths (Measurements are to post centres). Height: 6 foot high panel with a 4 foot wide by 6 foot high gate. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches. Description: Gate Panels constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series Gate Panels have six horizontal rails. Gate Panels come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is for a "man gate" access to pens, corrals or alleys.
	500 Series Gate In Frame Available Sizes: 36, 48, 60 and 72 inch widths (Measurements are gate openings - add 1 foot for post centres). Height: 6 foot high gate with a frame. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches. Description: Gate In Frame constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series GIF's have six horizontal rails. Come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is for flow control in narrow alleys and access to pens, corrals or alleys.
	500 Series Alley Control Gates Available Sizes: 32 Inch and 38.5 Inch (Measurements are to pin centres). Height: 6 foot high gate and clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the frame. Description: Alley Control Gate constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. All 500 Series ACG's have six horizontal rails. Come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Alley Control Gates do not require posts as each vertical has 3 way pins and clips. Use: Primary use is for gates in narrow alleys in high pressure areas for large cattle and buffalo. One of the more common uses is in Rodeo Systems.
	500 Series Alley Control Frame Available Sizes: 32 Inch and 38.5 Inch (Measurements are to pin centres). Height: 500 Series ACF's have no gate and clearance is 6 feet 10 inches for the frame. Description: 500 Series Alley Control Frame are constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. Alley Control Frames do not require posts as each vertical has 3 way pins and clips. Use: Primary use is maintaining alley width in high pressure areas for large cattle and buffalo. One of the more common uses is in Rodeo Systems.
	500 Series Posts Available Sizes: 6 foot for standard application and 7 foot 8 inch for walk through spreader bars and a 9 foot 6 inch post for horseback spreader posts. Description: 500 Series Posts are constructed of 2 3/8" outside diameter heavy gauge high tensile collar pipe. All 500 Series Posts are available in 2 way, 3 way or 4 way. Use: Primary use is for connecting 500 Series gates and panels in high pressure areas for large cattle and buffalo. One of the more common uses is in standard cattle handling facilities as well as Rodeo Systems.
	500 Series Panel Mounting Brackets Description: 500 Series PMB's are constructed of 2" Angle iron with mounted pins and clips.All 500 Series PMB's are available in 1 way only. Use: Primary use is for connecting 500 Series gates and panels to the centre of another panel.
	500 Series Wall Mounting Brackets Description:500 Series WMB's are constructed of 2.5" flat iron with mounted pins and clips. All 500 Series WMB's are available in 1 way only. Use: Primary use is for connecting 500 Series gates and panels to a wall or wood post.
	500 Series Arena Panels Available Sizes: 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 foot lengths.(Measurements are to upright centres). Height: 6 feet high standing on there own leg. (require no posts) Description: 500 Series Arena Panels are constructed of 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel uprights with 2" outside diameter 16 gauge high tensile rails. All 500 Series Arena Panels have six horizontal rails and the 8, 10 and 12 foot have 1 row of vertical spokes. The 14 and 16 foot panels have 2 rows of vertical spokes. 500 Series Arena panels have a one way male hookup on one end and a 3 way female hookup on the other end. Use: Primary use is perimeter fencing for rodeo arenas.
