Two-W Livestock Equipment - Health Centre

The TWO-W Animal Health Center is a pre manufactured calving stall. The 10' x 10' dimensions allow easy installation into most existing ranch buildings, barns and corral systems

The pen consists of 5 main components that interlock. The "Mainframe", the "Stocker Headgate", a "410 High Pole Gate" and two "412 Panels". The High Pole Gate allows easy access for cows. The Main Frame houses the TWO-W Stocker Headgate and split squeeze panel. The split squeeze gate also latches across the front. The squeeze panel is specially designed for accessibility when calving, and also for starting new borns to suckle. In normal or emergency situations, the TWO-W Health Center will provide safe and convenient service for you and your livestock. Easily operated by one person, the TWO-W Health Center will be an excellent addition to your livestock operation.

It's primary construction is 2 Inch 13 gauge high tensile steel. Configuration is the same as is found in the 400 Series equipment, with an option of having it 500 Series. The components can be purchased separately to adapt to your own system. Optional attachments are a second front gate, a swing gate ratcheting latch and a 408HP Calf Gate (see GATES).

This heavy duty system has been used for many applications, of cattle and buffalo, with many systems set up in Ranching, Feedlot, and Auction Market applications.

All the Animal Health Center is coated with the Two-W unique grey powder paint system and then baked for a long lasting finish that stands up to the most severe climate and weather conditions.

Health Centre Main Frame Available Sizes: 10 foot (Measurements are to post centres). Height: Configuration is the same as 400 Series equipment with the gate being 5 feet high and the frame clearance of 6 feet 10 inches. Description: The Health Center Main Frame is a frame like a High Pole Gate with a split swing gate and a sub frame to house the Stocker Headgate. HC Main Frames are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. Options include a Ratcheting Swing Gate Latch and a secondary front gate. Use: Primary use is Animal Health Center and containing cattle for calving, preg testing and any general doctoring or inspecting that may be required.

Stocker Headgate Description: The Stocker Head Gate is an adjustable, self catching headgate easily adaptable to existing wood or steel structures. Ideal for cattle restraining applications, such as calving pens, grooming chutes and crowding alleys. The Stocker Headgate is also available with 400 or 500 series clips to adapt to any of the other TWO-W equipment. The Stocker can be operated from either the left or right side and will be a welcome addition to ranches of all sizes Use: Primary use is Animal Health Center and containing cattle for calving, preg testing and any general doctoring or inspecting that may be required.
