Two-W Livestock Equipment - Wrangler System

The Wrangler System is composed of a Squeeze Chute, Palpation Cage, Crowding Alley, and a Crowding Tub. Optional attachments are a two way Sorting Gate and an Alley Top. This rugged heavy duty system is used for processing and doctoring cattle and buffalo. Two-W have gone to great lengths to keep the working area of each section free from obstacles like overhanging leavers etc. to make this one of the safest cattle handling system on the market for both livestock and operator.

It's primary construction is 2 Inch 13 gauge high tensile steel. Configuration is the same as is found in the 500 Series equipment.

This heavy duty system has been used for many applications, of cattle and buffalo, with many systems set up in Ranching, Feedlot, and Auction Market applications.

All the Wrangler system is coated with the Two-W unique grey powder paint system and then baked for a long lasting finish that stands up to the most severe climate and weather conditions.

	Crowding Tub Description: The Two-W Crowding Tub is one of the most rugged built crowding tubs available today. It has a positive safe latching system that insures safety to both the livestock and the operator. 	Crowding Alley Description: The Two-W Crowding Alley is one of the most rugged built and versatile crowding alleys available today. It has an easy to use adjusting system that insures safety to both the livestock and the operator. The Two-W Crowding Alley is the easiest of the Alleys on the market to adjust. Along with the same clear working area as the rest of the system, it insures safety and ease of operation. One of the main features of this alley is that it will configure to any shape. Either use it as a straight alley or bend it in a "C" or "Z" shape. The same alley can be changed to suit your needs and will also bend in any direction. The Alley End Gate comes with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. There is also 1 Alley Stop included with the alley system. 	Crowd Alley End Gate Available Sizes: 32 inch width (Measurements are pin centres). Height: 6 foot high gate with a frame. The overall clearance is 6 feet 10 inches. Description: Crowd Alley End Gates are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. Crowd Alley End Gates have six horizontal rails. End Gates come with a plunger latch installed with an option of a horse back latch. Use: Primary use is for flow control between the Crowding Tub and the Crowding Alley.
	Crowd Alley Stop (No Back) Description: Alley Stops are constructed of all 2" outside diameter 13 gauge high tensile steel. Alley Stops prevent cattle in the crowd alley from backing up. This is achieved by a section of the stop hangs down in the alley and cattle will not balk as they walk forward under it. When they do this it drops behind them. It is adjustable for different size cattle. This Alley Stop does not hinder the adjustability of the Crowding Alley. One Alley Stop comes with each Crowd Alley, but more may be used in longer alleys.
	Wrangler Palpation Cage Description: The Wrangler Palpation Cage is one of the most rugged built palpation cages available today. The main feature that makes this palpation cage stand out from the rest is that it will adjust with the crowding alley. This maintains an even alley width right from the tub through the crowding alley and palpation cage. It has an easy to use adjusting system that insures safety to both the livestock and the operator. 	Optional Wrangler 2 Way Sorting Gate Description: The Wrangler 2 Way Sorting Gate is a sorting gate that works in conjunction with the Two-W Wrangler System. It is built to fit in the system between the Crowding Alley and the Crowding Tub. It may however be located elsewhere. This versatile sorting gate allows you to sort cattle in single file as they move from the tub to the alley. One of the more common uses is as an access to a loading chute or calf table.
	Versatile Palpation Cage Description: The Versatile Palpation Cage is one of the most rugged built palpation cages available today. The main feature that makes this palpation cage stand out from the rest is that it will attach to almost any crowding alley and squeeze chute. This Pal Cage comes with a positive sliding latch for animal and operator safety. It has gates on both sides for either left or right operation and may also be used as a load out or sorting gate.
